is considered very reasonable, House is eminently suitable f

Senior officer's quarters of which there as serious shortage

entailing payment of heavy rent allowances, I strongly recommend

purchase. Finance Committee has been fully consulted and agrees

unanimously. Request authority by telegram to purchase at above

figure, Option expires 22 March,
